Peter King says Mike Vrabel would be ‘perfect’ coach for Seahawks

There’s a new contender in the mix for the Seahawks’ head coach vacancy. Yesterday it was reported by Adam Schefter at ESPN that Seattle was interested in talking to former Titans head coach Mike Vrabel.

Watch Peter King on why he thinks Vrabel would be perfect for the Seahawks.

Vrabel interviewed with the Chargers yesterday and the Falcons are also reportedly interested in speaking with him.

Seahawks general manager John Schneider is casting a wide net, though. The team has reportedly sent out interview requests for eight different coordinators around the league – including former Seahawks/current Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn – and are in the process of going through those. Fans should expect Schneider to take his time with the search and make a deliberate, carefully thought-out choice.
