BBC Radio 1 DJ Gilles Peterson is the worst wedding DJ. Don't take his word for it – just ask Peter Gabriel. Peterson tells the Times he was asked to DJ at the former Genesis singer's wedding in Sardinia. "I got the nod and went on and started with a Brazilian version of Waters of March. I thought I'd go with a tasteful world music vibe. About 15 minutes into my set, the music that was coming out of the speakers was different to what I could hear in my monitors. Gabriel had turned me off because his wife and her parents wanted to hear the Top 40."
