Peter Crouch has called on Leeds United's wingers to provide goals alongside star man Patrick Bamford despite impressing with their creativity.
The 27-year-old striker is far and away the club's top scorer this season with six goals in seven Premier League appearances, whereas Jack Harrison and Helder Costa have found the net three times between them.
Speaking ahead of kick-off at Selhurst Park on Saturday, Crouch said that although the club's attackers have been effective so far this season supplying Bamford with chances, the side may benefit if they contributed with goals of their own on a more regular basis.
"They're fantastic players I think, Harrison down the left hand side and Costa as well," Crouch said.
"I think a lot of it is geared up for Bamford to score, to be honest. As long as you're winning games you don't mind.
"I was at the game at Villa, and him and Harrison were a threat all evening, they really were, and Bamford took his goal so well. But the supply was fantastic so I wouldn't mind playing up front in this Leeds team."
Costa, who signed a permanent deal with Leeds in July after a successful loan spell, has started every game this season and has performed well.
However, Crouch says he could be a player to step up and aid Bamford in terms of scoring goals.
"I think he can score more but he's creating, he's going past people and him and Harrison on the wings are a joy," he continued.
"I think [Ezgjan] Alioski as well, who's here today, he was fantastic at Villa and I was so surprised he got dropped after that.
"Him and Harrison combined really well, as Ayling does with Costa on the right hand side."
