Crouch's super strike in front of the Kop against Galatasaray is the oldest goal on the list coming in 2006 when Liverpool were en route to the Athens final.
Ronaldo is the former England international's closest rival for the poll win on 27%.
The world famous No.7 scored a sensational overhead kick for Real Madrid in last season's quarter-final against his now team, Juventus.
Supporters in Turin were on their feet applauding the audacious strike.
Liverpool fans won't want to remember Bale's unbelievable acrobatics in last year's final in Kiev.
The stunning hit flew past Loris Karius and put the contest out of reach for Jurgen Klopp's side.
The Welshman's wondrous goal is currently coming in at third with 16%.
The Premier League transfer changes that will save Liverpool millions in the market
Croatian goalscorer Mario Mandzukic has just 5% of the votes so far for his sublime goal for Juventus in the 2017 final against Los Blancos.
The Serie A giants went on to lose the game but that goal even in last place will be remembered for years to come.
