Peter Andre has addressed the crippling impact the Strictly Curse has on marriages.
The singer, 47, put the blame on the celebs and pro partners for putting themselves "in that position" as he rubbished the idea of an actual curse.
In fact, Pete and his wife Emily have remained really good friends with his dance partner Janette Manrara and her hubby Aljaž Škorjanec five years on from his own Strictly stint.
The dad-of-four laughed at his pal Katie Piper for remarking she could feel her partner Gorka Marquez's genitals on her leg during their dance.
Peter insisted this was something he was not aware of during his steamy dances with Janette.
He wrote in New! magazine : "It made me laugh when my friend Katie Piper said she could feel Gorka Marquez's genitals on her leg when she danced with him on Strictly.
"I can't speak on behalf of my dance partner Janette Manrara, but it's not something I was conscious of when I danced with her!
"Ems and I are really good friends with Janette and her hubby Aljaž and I miss them. On the subject of the show, I've never believed in the Strictly Curse.
"It seems to pop up (excuse the pun) every time it's on. It's simple: It's up to you not to put yourself in that position."
Peter and Janette waltzed their way into seventh place on Strictly Come Dancing in 2015.
It was a big year for Pete as over the summer he had tied the knot with the love of his life Emily.
Pete and Emily have two children, Theodore and Mia.
Often they have been joined by his children Princess and Junior from his first marriage to Katie Price.
At the moment, his eldest children have been whisked away on a sun-soaked holiday to Turkey with Katie and her new toyboy lover Carl Woods.
