Peter Andre swoons over wife Emily's sweaty workout as she shows off strong frame

Peter Andre couldn't help but swoon over his wife Emily after she shared a sweaty workout snap at the gym.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 47, was clearly left hot under the collar after seeing the NHS doctor, 31, pump some iron.

Taking to Instagram, Peter - who shares two kids with Emily - re-shared her workout snap with his 1.6 million followers as he had a proud husband moment.

He wrote: "I love my gym....... Oh, and @dr_emily_official," alongside a winky face emoji.

Just last week, Emily decided to give in to the social media lifestyle and set up an Instagram account of her own after quitting for good six years ago.

Mum-of-two Emily has also created her own Twitter and Facebook pages and hopes to offer medical advice to her followers.

And she shared the workout snap with 169k followers, writing: "First day back exercising in a while!

"Although I find it hard to get motivated, it's a great way to keep a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. Just hoping I can keep it up! #healthymindhealthybody."

It comes after Emily quit all social media six years ago, with Peter saying he respects her decision.

She vowed not to join it in a bid to protect her children - Amelia and Theo - from following in her footsteps.

In 2014 Emily decided to delete her social media profiles and said she didn't regret her decision in her OK! magazine column in 2019.

She explained: "I think that this is such an important thing to do because social media can be really negative and so damaging, especially for young people."

Emily recently returned to Instagram after a whopping six years (peterandre/Instagram)

She added: "Not only can it promote an unrealistic body image, but there is also trolling to contend with and the feeling of always having to be online and keep up."

The star added: "I haven't been on social media for six years and I've never missed it."
