Peter Andre supports Jeremy Kyle's return to limelight after show axing over suicide

Peter Andre has publicly shown his support for Jeremy Kyle as he returned to the spotlight.

Jeremy has enlisted the help of manager Claire Powell, who also manages Peter, to orchestrate his return to the limelight.

His return comes months after he dropped off the radar following his show being axed over the suicide of guest Steve Dymond.

In a public backing, the Mysterious Girl hitmaker welcomed the television host with open arms to his representative "family".

Peter made the public statement by plastering a picture of Jeremy on his Instagram grid with his 1.3million followers.

He wrote: "Welcome to the family Jeremy :)."

His warm welcome comes hours after Claire announced Jeremy would be making a comeback.

"So pleased to welcome the very talented and very real … Jeremy Kyle exclusively to @the_can_group For 14 years, Jeremy Kyle dominated Daytime TV with his hugely successful eponymous talk show," she wrote.

The presenter has remained silent on the death of his TV guest Steve who took his own life in the days following filming for The Jeremy Kyle Show.

Steve was said to be devastated after he failed a lie detector on the show.

His death resulted in the immediate shut down of The Jeremy Kyle show.

Jeremy's new agent listed off his successes and teased his return to the showbiz world.

Claire went on: "He's also proved a hit in prime time, fronting five successful series of his investigative current affairs brand, The Kyle Files.. Jeremy’s runaway UK success was the catalyst for two syndicated US series as well as stints presenting two other ITV juggernauts This Morning and Good Morning Britain.

"Jeremy first came to prominence as a Sony Award-winning radio host who changed the game at BRMB, Virgin Radio, Capital FM, talkSPORT and talkRADIO. Known for his honest, engaging opinions, Jeremy has also authored numerous columns for The Sun and a bestselling book for Hodder & Stoughton.

"A committed father and family man, he’s also a cancer survivor who has miraculously just welcomed a new son (and grandson!) into the world."

She added: "WATCH THIS SPACE!"

Jeremy's return to the limelight comes a fortnight after fellow ITV star Caroline Flack took her own life aged 40 at her London flat.
