Peter Andre admits he can't understand teen son Junior's 'street talk'

Peter Andre has confessed that he can't understand what his son Junior is saying as the 14-year-old often uses "street talk".

The pop singer, 47, also admitted that the youngster's tendency to use the slang is baffling to him because the teenager, who he shares with model and media personality Katie Price "goes to private school".

"I'm putting a call out there to any parents who can help me understand my son's lingo," Peter wrote in his latest column for New! magazine.

"When J's chatting in his 'street' talk, I have no idea what he's going on about.

He added: "It seems I'm not the only one because someone commented on one of his Instagram posts the other day asking for the translate button!

"He goes to a private school, so you'd think he'd know how to talk properly, haha."

Junior is the eldest of Pete's four children.

He also has daughter Princess, 11, with first wife Katie Price, and Amelia, six and and Theo, three, with current wife Emily.

However, he admitted he wasn't being serious about his frustration over Junior's language, adding: "In all fairness, he does - I'm just kidding.

"It's weird, because he comes home and slips from normal English to some sort of weird language.

"Like I always say to him, 'You're a G for Greek not a G for gangsta'."

Pete and Junior are extremely close and the pair, along with Princess went on a sun-soaked holiday to Australia to see Peter's parents during school half-term.

The star took lots of great snaps of his children and proudly displayed them on his Instagram page.

Emily was unable to make the trip due to work, so stayed in the UK with their two kids.

And Peter recently shared a heart-warming video of his rarely-seen youngest children dancing in his kitchen.

The clip showed Amelia and Theo jiving along to Dolly Parton's iconic song 9 to 5.

The Mysterious girl singer, 47, captioned the footage: "Standard Sat morning @dollyparton ."

The video went down a treat with his followers who were delighted to get a glimpse of Amelia and Theo, who Pete generally keeps off social media.

One wrote: "It’s nice to see your younger children who you share with Emily, but totally understand not wanting them in the public eye 24/7... all your kids are gorgeous x."
