Peter Andre’s son Junior mortified as dad drives £80,000 Bentley to Co-op

Pop star Peter Andre left his son Junior feeling embarrassed because he wanted to drive him to the Co-op in an £80,000 Bentley.

In the latest episode of Life with the Andres, an amusing scene saw Junior deride his father for going shopping in the gorgeous car.

As Peter pops the roof down of the car, 14-year-old Junior makes clear that he is not comfortable with the situation.

Junior is seen asking: "Who the hell drives a Bentley to the Co-op?"

However, Peter insists it is because he rarely gets an opportunity to use the expensive car, valued at £80K, according to The Sun.

"I never get to drive this car bro," says Peter to Junior.

Whilst driving along in the sunny weather, Peter continues: "Okay, why don't we then just drive a little bit so that we get to appreciate the environment."

We then see Junior filming from the car into the side mirrors and making gang sign gestures with his hands.

Peter remarks in a deadpan tone: "Gang signs...in Surrey. So what is it, you think you're part of the Surrey massive?"

As the dad continues to mock his son for the gestures, Junior remarks that it's better than Peter's decision to travel to the co-op in Surrey.

Peter also remarks in an interview how he is left cringing when Junior unearths old clips of his dad in his youth doing or saying similar things to what he does.

"I probably get annoyed about it because it reminds me of a young me," Peter admits.

The episode also shows a throwback look at Peter from the early years of his music career to back up his point.

We later see Junior cringing as his dad pays a visit to the supermarket and gets speaking to members of the public.

Meanwhile, Peter has suggested that Junior takes part in Strictly Come Dancing, as his mother Katie Price has been tipped to join the series.

Peter writes in his OK! magazine column: "I think it'd be a really good show for Bista or Junior to do, because you actually learn a skill.

"On the downside, you've got to be thick-skinned in this industry and be able to take negative comments from the judges."
