Peter Andre's NHS frontline doctor wife Emily fears she'll give her kids COVID-19

Peter Andre's wife Emily MacDonagh has voiced her fears she will spread coronavirus to her children.

The medic has been working on the frontline as a doctor for the NHS amid the COVID-19 pandemic plaguing the world in recent months.

But the doctor expressed her worries she could potentially bring the killer virus back into her home.

The NHS worker has been living with her husband Peter, their two children and Peter's two kids from his first marriage with Katie Price.

However, the A&E hero laid out the precautionary measures she has been taking to minimise the risk.

These precautions include changing out of her clothes straight away before having a shower and washing her hands.

Emily insisted she was being "sensible" and following the NHS guidelines about coronavirus.

Also, the mum admitted she wasn't going "too near" her children Amelia, six, and Theodore, three, where possible.

Although she was being sensible, Emily confessed it was a "challenging time" for her and the rest of the country.

She wrote in OK magazine : "If I wasn't working for the NHS then I would only be leaving my house if it was absolutely necessary.

"Of course I'm worried that I could potentially bring it home to the kids, but I'm trying to be sensible and washing my hands and changing out of my clothes straight away before having a shower.

"I'm also not going too near them where possible, but it's a challenging time."

As Emily fights the virus on the frontline, Peter has taken on the role of homeschooling the kids.

Peter has made it no secret he hates Monday's teaching on his Instagram.
