But it appears the singer has bitten off more than he can chew as home-schooling is teaching him a valuable lesson or two.
The kids ran riot and Pete was showing everyone the chaos he was try to cope with.
He captured the anarchy for all to see on his Instagram, keeping his 1.3m followers up-to-speed with what he was having to deal with throughout the day.
Three-year-old Theo flipped the bird, while daughter Princess, 12, twerked to the catchy Bubble Butt song.

Pete, 47, then grumbles that he can't believe how quickly the daily tasks come around.
The notoriously strict dad then has a pop at Princess for putting too much Nutella on her pancakes.
He soon shouts that he "can't believe it's lunch already" as he proves his pizza making skills while he attempts to get a grip of the household.
Of course it is totally understandable that the family are under a bit of pressure at the moment.


His wife brave Emily MacDonagh is helping battle the coronavirus pandemic as an NSH doctor.
The medic has been working on the frontline amid the COVID-19 pandemic plaguing the world in recent months.
She told OK magazine of her concerns about working during the crisis.

"If I wasn't working for the NHS then I would only be leaving my house if it was absolutely necessary," she wrote.
"Of course I'm worried that I could potentially bring it home to the kids, but I'm trying to be sensible and washing my hands and changing out of my clothes straight away before having a shower.
"I'm also not going too near them where possible, but it's a challenging time."
