Peter Andre plans to recreate his wedding day to celebrate 10th anniversary with Emily

Peter Andre has told of some incredible plans for his tenth wedding anniversary to wife Emily.

The pair, who's fifth anniversary is fast approaching, tied the knot in a beautiful Devon ceremony back in 2015.

But Peter's thinking bigger as he looks ahead to 2025 - and their tenth year as man and wife.

The Mysterious Girl singer, who soon turns 48, wants to recreate the magic of their wedding day by doing it all over again.

Speaking to new! magazine, the heartthrob told: "...what I have said is when we get to 10 years I want to have an anniversary party of parties and recreate the night of our wedding.

They said 'I do' in a sun-drenched Devon ceremony

"We had African musicians and Greek and Irish music and it was brilliant."

Unfortunately, plans to mark their five years have had to swerve travel plans amid coronavirus.

"The plan was to take her back to Santorini, where we had our honeymoon," Peter continued, "But it doesn't look like that's going to be possible this year - it looks like I'll be cooking a nice meal for her."

Emily will no doubt welcome the relaxation and respite as she spends her days as an NHS doctor on the frontline against the deadly bug.

While Emily puts in long hours and gruelling shifts, Peter is on hand to look after the kids.

The pair have Millie, six, and Theo, three.

Also living with them are Junior, 14, and Princess, twelve, Peter's son and daughter from his first marriage to Katie Price.

Amid rumours that Peter and Emily would be trying for another baby, Peter replied that he didn't want to be "changing nappies at 50" and that "20 years of having children is enough."

Meanwhile, Emily has defended her decision to send Millie back to school amid reports that Peter had wanted to keep them home.

"Her safety and wellbeing are my absolute priority like every parent," she wrote in OK!, "So if there is any hint that things aren't going well or if there is another spike in infections then we can take her out."
