Peter Andre lays down ground rules for Princess as she embarks on modelling career

Peter Andre has laid down the ground rules around his daughter Princess' modelling career after he previously came to blows with his ex-wife Katie Price over their daughter.

Princess, 15, recently joined the Pretty Little Thing fast fashion brand following in the steps of celebrities including Jayda Cheaves and Molly-Mae Hague.

Thanks to her mum and dad's status, Princess already has an impressive social media following and often posts stunning photos of herself, reports the Mirror.

However, 50-year-old 'Mysterious Girl' singer Pete is determined his daughter's school work must come first as he reveals more about her PLT contract.

He told Closer magazine: "I've been very clear that she must finish all her GCSEs," he said. "With PLT... Once every couple of months she'll post a picture of herself in an outfit she likes, it's that simple.

"There's no photo shoots and taking days off school. Any of the bigger contract stuff will be when she turns 16.

"I'll always have concerns because I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly, but I think if you've been brought up well hopefully you will take from that."

Princess, who turns 16 on June 29, is close to her mum Katie and often posts photos of the pair posing up a storm.

In 2010, Pete slammed his ex for letting their daughter - then aged four - wear make-up, branding it "disgusting".

However, now Princess is older, he admits he's still "funny about it" because the teen is a "natural beauty", but accepts "every parent is different."

Princess was all smiles in May when she rocked up at her brother Harvey Price's 21st birthday with her new boyfriend.

The teen was previously banned from dating by Pete, but the singer's wife Emily Andre disapproved of his decision and forced the dad-of-four to change his mind.

Writing in his new! magazine column, Pete explained how he rarely argues with the NHS doctor, but if they disagree on an issue they talk it through and "hug it out".

"One of the things she taught me was very early on when Princess and Junior were younger. I'd say Junior could do this and that and Princess had to be a nun and could never have a boyfriend," Pete penned.

"Emily taught me that whatever rule I gave to Junior, I had to treat all the other children the same and she has made me look at things differently and change my old-school mentality."
