Peter Andre has recalled the chilling moment a stalker targeted him with a string of violent death threats, an ordeal so serious that police swarmed a concert venue to protect him.
The singer, 51, spoke about the frightening episode while appearing on his daughter Princess’s ITV series, The Princess Diaries.
During an emotional conversation, Princess, 18, told her father about the “weird messages” she receives online; including inappropriate requests and comments about her age leaving him worried.
Andre then shared his own experience, revealing: “I had one stalker, who was a violent stalker that had threatened to kill me on one of the shows.
“I was touring with Bobby Brown, and on the night of the Sydney show, 26 police officers came and surrounded the building.”
He added that he was just 19 at the time.

The Mysterious Girl star has previously spoken publicly about the incident, writing in his OK! magazine column that the threats were “very real” and not something confined to movie plots.
His comments came after Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas endured her own stalking ordeal.
Her stalker, Kyle Shaw, 37, admitted to offences spanning more than six years between 2017 to 2023 and was sentenced in February.
Showing support for Ballas, he wrote in his column: “I was reading about Shirley Ballas's stalker avoiding jail. It's strange – I think some people read these terrible stories and somehow don't believe they're real. They're very real. It happens to a lot of people in the public eye.”
“Now, you may not believe me but it happened to me. In 1992 or 93, I was touring with Bobby Brown in Australia,” he continued.
“At one of the concerts in Sydney, there were 26 police at the venue who were present on this particular night because of a series of death threats that had been made to me from someone who'd been stalking me for a long time. One day, I'll tell the whole story.”
Andre has also spoken out in support of tennis star Emma Raducanu.
British No1 Raducanu hid behind the umpire's chair after receiving repeated unwanted attention from a "fixated" man at the Dubai Championships in February.

At the time, the 22-year-old said she "couldn't see the ball through tears" and could "barely breathe", while she revealed the situation was exacerbated by her being unsettled without a full-time coach.
She had been aware of the man's presence at previous tournaments in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Doha before spotting him in the stands during her second-round match against Karolina Muchova.
A day earlier, the man, who was removed from the court, handed 2021 US Open champion Raducanu a letter and asked for a photo in a coffee shop.
He was given a restraining order by Dubai police and his name was circulated around tennis authorities.
Weighing in on the incident, Andre wrote that his “thoughts” were with the sports star and claimed that “social media isn't helping” making it easier to track individuals down.
