Pet friendly Nottingham homes you can rent right now

If you are looking for a home in Notts for you and your four-legged friend, then finding the perfect pad may not be as easy as you initially thought.

Although there are seemingly endless properties to rent in the city and county, finding landlords that are happy accept pets can be a challenge.

Thankfully there are a few homes in Nottingham and the surrounding area that will open their doors to animal-loving renters though.

We've looked around and with the help of our friends at Zoopla, have discovered some of the properties you could choose.

City apartment: Rental £830 pcm

Saffron Court Apartments (Zoopla)

First on our list is a one-bedroom flat in Eugene Street, Nottingham. At a rental of £830 pcm, letting agents Saffron Court Apartments Ltd say that the sixth-floor apartment is not only pet friendly but also requires "zero deposit".

Saffron Court is a newly built apartment block of 350 flats over eight floors.

Just off Crocus Street in the city, it's a short walk from here to Nottingham railway station in one direction and to the Cattle Market and Notts County football ground in the other.

The agent says this apartment has a private balcony as well as a fully fitted open-plan kitchen reception with appliances, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

There's an on-site gym that is free to use by residents of the building, while there is also a 24-hour concierge service, CCTV security and fob access to the apartments.

Two landscaped courtyards are accessible to all tenants.

Secure underground car parking including an electric car point is available by a separate agreement.

Tenancies are available from 6 months to 3 years.

Bulwell: Rental £750 pcm

The 2-bed semi (Zoopla)

Over in Bulwell your pooch or feline friend will be welcome at this 2-bed semi in Brora Road.

The modern family home has a "flexible landlord" according to letting agent OpenRent, who says pets will be considered with payment of a pet premium.

The agent continues that the extended property is in a great location with off-street parking, and has an open-plan kitchen/dining room, a lounge with bay window and a ground floor WC. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and two bedrooms.

City centre 2-bed: Rental £1,025

Saffron Court Apartments (Zoopla)

Next on the list is another apartment at Saffron Court. It has all the facilities of the one-bed we have highlighted - so underground parking, resident access to the on-site gym and 24-hour concierge, but this apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a reception room. In all, there is 646 sq ft of space.

Inside the two-bed apartment (Zoopla)

Of course, this flat has been designated pet friendly, but like of all these homes, the landlord hasn't specified which pets they'll welcome so you'll need to double-check they'll accept your particular companion.

Letting agent Saffron Court Apartments Limited will be able to give you more advice if you are considering renting this property.
