Pet food company launches turkey and cranberry Christmas dinner for your dog

From a great roast to pigs in blankets, the food is one of the best things about Christmas - and now your dog doesn’t have to miss out on the festive feast.

Including Ocado, who recently launched a Christmas pudding just for dogs, lots of brands are providing for a tasty canine Christmas this year.

The latest are pet food company Bella & Duke, who have introduced a Christmas range designed specially for dogs - including a meal that they can have alongside Christmas dinner.

The limited-edition range includes a turkey and cranberry meal, meaning that your dog can enjoy their own equivalent of your Christmas leftover sandwich.

The meal is just one of the festive treats for dogs that will be available from November 1. There are also turkey and venison strips to provide a festive doggy treat, priced at £5.99 per pack.

The range also sees that dogs can join in on the exciting build-up to Christmas, launching a £14.99 advent calendar that has chicken coins, duck snow drops and turkey stars hidden behind its doors.

CEO of Bella & Duke Matt Scott said, “Christmas isn’t just a holiday for humans anymore but our pets too. We wanted to ensure pets across the country have something to enjoy on the countdown to the big day and are waking up to something special under the tree this season.”

Bella & Duke specialise in raw food, and their turkey and cranberry meal can be bought on subscription throughout November and December. There will also be the option to buy a “Christmas bundle” which includes extras such as a tote bag and a bandana alongside the festive treats.

Food isn’t the only way that owners can spoil their beloved pets this holiday season. Dobbies garden centre is opening up “Santa Paws” grottos across their UK stores, where dogs will get the chance to meet the big man himself.
