Police are hunting a man captured on CCTV stealing several bikes said to be worth thousands of pounds from a High Street shop in Auchterarder.
The masked man took three bikes from a storage building linked to the shop during the late night raid on September 9.
Two had already been assembled and used and the third was packed away in a box.
Police Scotland said in a statement: “These bicycles, each worth well into four figures, were stolen from a storage building at a bike shop in Auchterarder High Street about 11.15pm on Thursday, September 9.
“The first is a Tern Vextron folding bike, sliver grey colour.
"The bike was boxed and packaged, and would require assembly before use.
“Also stolen were two Haybike cross 4.0, grey and yellow in colour, touring style bikes with bags and lights and mudguards fitted. They are both used and the larger of the two had a damaged rear wheel.
“A male was seen on CCTV removing the bikes. He is described as white, tall, slim build, wearing a face mask, two tone hooded padded jacket with black at the top and grey below tight black joggers and black trainers with white soles.
“If you have any information that could assist us, particularly if you have been offered any of these distinctive bikes for sale, please call 101 or speak to any police officer.
“Also, information can be given anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111.
"Our reference is incident 0864 of September 10.”
