A Perth business is offering a reward to anyone who can help them track down the person who broke their window.
CCTV footage shows a person hurling a traffic cone at Tay Medispa in York Place, and subsequently breaking the front window.
Although the person was not able to gain entry to the spa, staff have been left to deal with the broken window.
They are now offering a £100 gift card to anyone who can help.
Simon Langford, director of Tay Medispa, said: “It happened at around 2am on Saturday, January 11.
“One member of staff noticed it on her way into work when she was opening up.
“We have checked the CCTV and it looks like a guy, but unfortunately the weather was not great because of the storm, so it is hard to pick out who he is or his facial image.
“It shows him smashing the window, but we are not sure what the reasons are behind it.
“It is just frustrating for all of us here.
“We have asked other local businesses and shop owners to see if they saw anything suspicious, particularly as it looks like he headed towards the town afterwards.
“He didn’t get access to the business thankfully, but the cone still came through our window and that is a complete waste of money for us.
“We are very perplexed and confused.
“I questioned whether or not he might have had a drink, but he looks pretty stable on the CCTV.”
He added: “Police are reviewing CCTV in the area, and hopefully someone else will have spotted something on their cameras so we can find out who this person is.”
Anyone who has information about the vandalism which may be useful is asked to contact Police Scotland’s Tayside division, quoting the crime reference number CR/877/20.
