A fitness trainer to the stars was found dead at her home aged 42, police have confirmed.
Mandy Blank, a renowned personal fitness trainer and professional fitness competitor, died at her home in LA earlier this week.
Police sources told celebrity website TMZ that Mandy was discovered by a housekeeper who called 911 but paramedics were unable to save her and she was pronounced dead at the scene on October 29.
The cause of her death has not yet been established.
She won the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness World Championships in 1999, becoming the youngest competitor to ever take the accolade.
She was honoured by Bodybuilding and Fitness magazine as having the "Greatest Glutes of All Time," according to her website.
She trained celebrities including Mickey Rourke, Alex Rodriguez and Pauly Shore.
