One person has been taken to hospital following a house fire in Levenshulme.
Crews were called to the property in Cromwell Grove after the blaze broke out at about 7pm on Monday (February 8).
It is believed to have started in the loft space of the terrace house.
Pictures from the scene appear to show the roof of the property on fire.
Firefighters wearing specialist breathing gear managed to bring the flames under control and remained at the scene overnight.
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance confirmed they had taken one patient to hospital.
No information about their injuries, age or gender have been released at this stage.
A Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters were called to reports of a house fire on Cromwell Grove in Levenshulme at around 7pm on Monday.
"Fire engines from Withington, Ashton and Gorton quickly attended the scene. The fire broke out in the loft space of the house.
"Firefighters tackled the fire using breathing apparatus and hose reels."
