A person has been taken to hospital after a crash on the Rhigos Mountain.
The crash happened just after 6pm on Thursday, May 13 and several vehicles were said to be involved.
A spokesman for Welsh Ambulance said: "We were called yesterday evening (Thursday, May 13) at 6.10pm to reports of a multi-vehicle road traffic collision on the Rhigos Mountain Road, Hirwaun.
"We attended the scene with one rapid response vehicle and one emergency ambulance.
"One patient was conveyed to University Hospital Wales, Cardiff, for further treatment."

On Thursday evening pictures showed a heavy build-up of traffic in the area following the incident.
It was reported there were delays of around 45 minutes on the road following the crash.
South Wales Police was asked for more information about the incident.
