Person struck by train on Drumry to Dalmuir line

A person has been struck by a train between Drumry and Dalmuir stations.

Emergency services are currently in attendance after the incident just before lunchtime on Wednesday morning.

Their condition is unknown.

ScotRail confirmed no services will run between Dalmuir and Westerton and advised all passengers to travel via Yoker.

A replacement Glasgow Citybus will allow all passengers with tickets onto the number 15 service between Milngavie and Glasgow city centre in both directions.
