A person has been struck by a bus near Aberdeen .
The serious crash happened at the A92 southbound near Newtonhill at around 10am on Sunday.
Police have closed the road to drivers for more than two hours.
The person's condition is not known.
Motorists have been urged to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland added that “diversions are in place”.
