Person stabbed to death in West Garfield Park: police

A male was stabbed to death Friday afternoon in West Garfield Park.

About 12:45 p.m., a male was on a sidewalk in the 200 block of North Karlov Avenue when someone stabbed him, Chicago police said.

He was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to police. He has not yet been identified.

There was no one in custody.
