One person has been rushed to hospital after a bungalow went up in flames.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service rushed to Knowsley Lane, Knowsley, at around 3pm on Friday, January 28 following reports of a blaze.
Three fire engines arrived at the scene and found a bungalow well alight.

One person was assessed at the scene by paramedics and taken to hospital for further treatment.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the home and worked to put out the blaze for around two hours.
Crews also checked for fire spread in adjoining properties and helped ventilate them.
Knowsley Lane was closed in both directions by Merseyside Police while crews worked to put out the fire.
The blaze also caused a large volume of smoke and nearby residents and businesses were advised to keep their windows and doors closed.
Crews began damping down the bungalow at around 4.50pm and both emergency services still remain at the scene.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "Crews were called shortly before 3pm. Three fire engines were in attendance.
"On arrival crews found a fire in a bungalow.
"The incident has now been scaled down to two fire engines. Crews remain on scene and are carrying out damping down operations.
"One person has been assessed at the scene by paramedics and taken to hospital for further treatment."
