Perrie Edwards morphs into hunky man with prosthetics for latest Little Mix video

Perrie Edwards morphed into a man for Little Mix's latest music video with a little help from the prosthetics department.

Perrie and bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall can be seen as their regular selves and their male aliases in the newly released video for Confetti.

And Perrie took to Instagram to announce the video had dropped with a close up look at herself with a strong, defined jaw, thick eyebrows and the hint of stubble.

"Behind every great woman there is a great man..." she wrote, "that is a woman in prosthetics. #confetti video out now!"

Leigh-Anne and Jade, meanwhile, sport thick beards and chains about their neck in the video.

Confetti, which features US rapper Saweetie, is from their sixth studio album of the same name, and is the first music video the girls have shot without former bandmate Jesy Nelson.

Jesy stepped back from Little Mix last year, and looks to be releasing solo music at some point in the near future if her snaps from the studio are anything to go by.

The new trio of Perrie, Leigh-Anne and Jade addressed continuing without Jesy on a recent appearance on This Morning, saying: "I think it's everything, there's definitely a shift.

"We have to respect each other's decisions. I think moving forward we didn't want to call it a day yet, did we?

"We still wanted to go on as a three and I think our fans are really happy that we've done that as well."

In December, Jesy was supported by the three as she told fans she'd be leaving the band after it had affected her mental health.

"To all my Mixers," she wrote in a heartfelt message, "The past nine years in Little Mix has been the most incredible time of my life.

"We have achieved things I never thought possible. From winning our first Brit Award to our sold out shows at the O2.

"Making friends and fans all over the world I cant thank you all enough form the bottom of my heart for making me feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

"You have always been there to support and encourage me and I will never every forget it."

She went on to reveal that her membership in Little Mix had "taken a toll" on her mental health.
