Perrie Edwards' fans convinced pregnant star's in labour as boyfriend pulls out of match

Little Mix fans are convinced that Perrie Edwards has gone in to labour after her boyfriend pulled out of a football match at the last minute.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 28, was expected to play in Liverpool's match against Burnley today, but was left off the team sheet at the last minute due to "personal reasons".

It didn't take long for Little Mix's army of devoted fans - who call themselves 'Mixers' - to turn sleuth, and take to Twitter with their theory that his absence was a massive clue that the heavily pregnant star was imminently about to give birth.

One wrote: "Oxlade-chamberlain out of the Liverpool match for personal reasons, Perrie Edwards is having her baby lads ya heard it here first.”

A second added: “Urmmmm Alex isn’t in the squad, does that mean… baby ox ????????"

If the internet theories are correct, then we wish Perrie all the best for a safe delivery, and hope that she and Alex enjoy getting to know their new baby.

On Thursday Perrie, 28, thrilled her Instagram followers when she stripped completely bare in a series of striking snaps to show off her gorgeous bump.

The blonde bombshell also hinted at her little one’s due date as she announced that her first-born will be on the way ‘soon’.

The Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker looked glowing in the stunning images which saw her body covered in gold spray paint as she covered her modesty with her hands.

Perrie and her sportsman partner revealed in May that they were expecting, shortly after a similarly joyful announcement from her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock and her partner Andre Gray.

Since then, fans have been brimming with excitement at the prospect of two tiny babies joining the girl squad, and many of them have been posting well wishes to the girls online.

A representative for Perrie Edwards has been approached for comment.
