Perfume thief, 31, targeted town centre shop

A man took a quantity of perfume from TK Maxx in Ayr, concealed it and left without paying.

The incident occurred around 2.35pm on Thursday, April 4.

After inquiries, police arrested a 31-year-old man who was charged with various offences and held in custody for an appearance at Ayr Sheriff court.
