Pep Guardiola’s side bounced back from last weekend’s shock 0-0 draw with Southampton in style, after Gabriel Jesus's second-half strike was enough to seal all three points in west London.
City dictated possession for the majority of the game and didn't allow the hosts to register a single shot on target, in an excellent and dominant display.
The win moved City up to second in the Premier League table, level on points with leaders Liverpool, but having played one more game.
