'Perfect' - Nottingham Forest fans all say the same thing about major Steve Cooper decision

Nottingham Forest fans have been reacting to today's team news after Steve Cooper opted to start Keinan Davis for the Championship play-off final.

Cooper has made only one change to his starting line-up for the Reds' promotion decider at Wembley, with Davis returning to the XI in place of Sam Surridge. The Aston Villa loanee came off the bench in the semi-final second leg victory over Sheffield United and starts for the first time since April.

The contest is the club's first visit to the new Wembley, looking to put an end to their 23-exile from the the top-flight.

Brice Samba, the hero against the Blades at the City Ground, starts in goal with Joe Worrall, Steve Cook and Scott McKenna in front of him in Cooper's backline.

Djed Spence and Jack Colback take up the wing-back roles, with James Gardner and Ryan Yates continuing in the middle of the park. Philip Zinckernagel and Brennan Johnson will support Davis in attack.

Max Lowe also returns from injury, making up the bench that includes Ethan Horvath, Tobias Figueiredo, Alex Mighten, Cafu, Joe Lolley and Surridge.

Here is what the Reds faithful had to say on the team selected....

@graemewolf: Keinan!!!!

@Metemporary: Perfect team for the final!

@BrHeggs: Davis announce promotion

@mallyslife: Strongest lineup we could field. Do us proud today and take it to them

@KevHughesie: Come on, Keinan. This is yours.

@chris_gillen: The team to take us to the Premiership

@GaryKirby28: Our best XI

@JG37Prop: Couldn't be happier with this lineup. For the last time this season.

@MMIllennial97: Definitely the right move as I think Sam is a better impact player coming off the bench than Keinan. Hopefully Keinan can bully them for an hour or whatever and then Sam can come on to do his thing

@reecetay_29: Keinan hat-trick, I only speak facts
