'Perfect!' - Excited Chelsea fans react to what has happened to Ben Chilwell

Gareth Southgate's England team selection for this evening's UEFA Nations League clash against Iceland has got a number of Chelsea fans talking.

The Three Lions go into the game hoping to bounce back from a 2-0 loss at the hands of Belgium at the weekend - a result which means they are out of contention of reaching the finals of the tournament.

With that said, England can complete a double over Iceland by beating them at Wembley.

A Raheem Sterling penalty was enough to seal a 1-0 win in the reverse meeting back in September as England avenged the 2-1 loss when the two teams met in the round of 16 stage at Euro 2016, a match that cost former England manager Roy Hodgson his job.

For this evening's game at Wembley Stadium, it would appear that England are lining up with three central defenders once again.

Kyle Walker, Harry Maguire, and Eric Dier make up the back three, with Bukayo Saka and Kieran Trippier operating at wing-back on either side.

In midfield, Chelsea's Mason Mount is partnered by a player heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in West Ham United's Declan Rice.

The attacking trio is very exciting with Jack Grealish and Phil Foden offering support to captain Harry Kane.

England XI: Pickford; Walker, Dier, Maguire; Trippier, Mount, Rice, Saka; Foden, Kane, Grealish

Most of the reaction from Chelsea supporters on social media has centered around there not being a place for Ben Chilwell in the starting XI.

Although, some can see the positives as the left-back came off after 38 minutes against Belgium with a back problem, but is clearly fit enough for a place on the bench.

Take a look at what's been said on Twitter...

@FaneleMbuyazi8 said: "Please don't bring on Chilwell... don't."

@Jugba_D said: "No Chilwell! Thank god."
