A Gateshead family woke up to the most special present imaginable this Christmas morning.
Christmas Day baby Jake Hancock was the first to arrive at Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary on December 25, joining his family at 1.23am.
Jake arrived exactly on his festive due date, meaning he was in time to join his family for his first ever Christmas dinner.

Overjoyed mum Ashleigh Hancock, from Rowlands Gill, said: "He was due on Christmas and he's my second baby, the first was born on his due date, so I was hopeful he would be too, but we didn't know if he would definitely be here today.
"It's a very nice Christmas present for us, he's perfect, he's lovely."
Little Jake joins dad Andrew, mum Ashleigh and nineteen-month-old brother Rowan to make a family of four.
And he got to meet his extended family straight away, as the family headed over to Andrew's parents' house for a late Christmas lunch the very day he was born.
Big brother Rowan has taken to his new sibling at once and the whole family is now looking forward to enjoying a day of celebrating together.
Ashleigh said: "He's enough of a present for us this year.
"Rowan gave Jake a big kiss when he met him, he's been lovely with him."
