The 10th edition of the popular flea market Made By Legacy will once again take over the space of Sermsuk Warehouse (Pepsi Pier) for three days of riverside shopping from Jan 11-13, 3pm-midnight.
This year's event will gather over 200 shops and vendors, each coming with its own speciality, from vintage and antique items to vinyl records to designer brands to local crafts. Visitors will be browsing through an endless and eclectic array of clothing, jewellery, accessories, artefacts, designer goods, handmade pieces, shoes, furniture, homewares and knick-knacks.
Also presented in full force will be a massive collection of classic cars and motorcycles. As always, food and drinks are aplenty, ranging from a mix of cuisines, cocktails and selected creations. Vinyl tunes from classics to country to contemporary will be streamed through the speakers to transport shoppers to another place and time. For the first time this year, the American-style flea market will have a concept pop-up shop displaying the special "Made By Thailand Collection", which features collaborative items among Made By Legacy and more than 20 long-time associated brands and vendors.
Among the collaborative collections will be tie-waist pants made from vintage fabric with natural motifs; elephant coin pins; shirts, pants and hats made from second-handed clothing; shoes with recycled soles; saddlebags; fishing hats and sports caps; eyewear straps; T-shirt with special prints; African robes; and hand-painted bucket hats.
Sermsuk Warehouse is located between Charoen Nakhon 13 and 15 and can be accessed via a quick boat ride from BTS Saphan Taksin (from Sathon Pier to Pepsi Pier).
