Pepsi pushes pop

Golf F. Hero and The Toys. Pepsi Co

As part of Pepsi's new campaign, the company is bringing together four leading artists representing four musical genres namely Thanwa Boonsungnern aka The Toys, rapper Nattawut Srimhok aka Golf F. Hero, molam singer Jintara Poonlarp and EDM band Boom Boom Cash in its one-hour concert "Pepsi Unexpected Music Experience", to be held tomorrow (22 Feb) at Parc Paragon, Siam Paragon, at 6.30pm.

Last December, The Toys surprised concert-goers at Big Mountain Music Festival staged at The Ocean Khao Yai in Nakhon Ratchasima. The rising star performed a luk thung, molam hit, Tao Ngoi, along with original singer Jintara and Golf F. Hero.

This year, Big Mountain founder Yuthana Boonorm brings them together to feature different music genres for fans at the upcoming concert in which a new music video of Ro Rai (What Are You Waiting For?) featuring the four artists will be released for the first time.

The Pepsi Music 2019 campaign is also marked by summer limited-editions of the iconic drink.

Four graphic designs illustrate pop, luk thung, hip-hop and EDM artists framed in a heart, which also symbolises "For The Love Of It" tagline. The playful packaging also allows scanning a QR Code, which will digitally turn you into your music idol.
