Peppa Pig launches first album and be warned - it's more addictive than Baby Shark

Parents of young children, rejoice/quiver in fear/invest in some decent ear plugs - Peppa Pig is releasing her debut album.

It was only a matter of time before the phenomenally popular cartoon pig made a bid for chart domination.

The question is, is the 16 track album, scheduled for release as part of the 15th anniversary of the show - be any good?

Early feedback suggests the musical offerings are more addictive than Baby Shark, which is both high praise and also slightly terrifying - and it's got social media users talking.

Tracks include Bing Bong Zoo, Super Potato’s Theme, and Jumping In Muddy Puddles, with the voice of Peppa, Harley Bird, featuring on a number of singles.

The release of the album falls in the same year as Beyonce and Iggy Azalea putting out new material - a fact that wasn't lost on any fans.

In fact, Iggy even got embroiled in a Twitter "feud" with the Peppa Pig Official account.

Indeed, one person did say: "Peppa pig is about to win all the Grammys", with others calling it "the hottest album of 2019".

Do you want to see what all the fuss is about?

You can listen to Peppa's full album  here , in all of its addictive, chart-topping glory.
