Pep Guardiola handed huge injury boost ahead of Manchester City's clash with Fulham

Manchester City have been handed a quadruple injury boost ahead of their trip to Craven Cottage on Monday evening.

The Premier League champions will hoping to get another victory on the road as they target back-to-back title wins.

That job will be made slightly easier with the news that four key stars have returned to training ahead of the trip to London.

The hilarious Roy Hodgson gaffe that left one former Liverpool player stunned

According to the club, Kevin De Bruyne, Benjamin Mendy, Fernandinho and John Stones have all trained this week.

While the training was described by the club as a light session, it's a huge step in the right direction ahead of the clash with Fulham.

De Bruyne has missed the last three matches with a hamstring injury, while Mendy has had a number of fitness issues this term with his knee causing him problems.

Fulham fans reveal plans to protest extortionate ticket prices during game with Manchester City

Meanwhile Fernandinho and John Stone have been missing in recent weeks with a muscle problem and a groin issue respectively.

The news of the quartet's return will be a real blow for Fulham who are battling hard to pull off what would be a miraculous escape from the Premier League relegation zone.
