Pep Guardiola 'demands' Paulo Dybala signing and more Man City transfer rumours

Manchester City are 'on the brink' of completing the signing of highly-rated Hungarian forward Zalan Vancsa.

That is according to a report by The Telegraph who claim that City have reached an agreement with MTK Budapest to lure the 17-year-old to the Etihad Stadium.

Vancsa has been heavily linked with a whole host of big-name European clubs, including Bayern Munich and AC Milan, so could be a huge coup for City if they get it over the line without any late hiccups.

The youngster — who would be considered as a signing for the future, taking into account his age and inexperience at the top level — could be sent back to MTK Budapest on loan for the remainder of the season, ahead of trying to lay down a marker in England ahead of the start of next season.

He is set to undergo a medical before completing the deal, but it is reported to be heading in the right direction.

Elsewhere, City are 'considering' offering a big-money deal to Juventus and Argentina forward Paulo Dybala in a bid to bring him to the Etihad Stadium, according to Italian news outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Dybala is out of contract at Juve this summer and City, according to the report, are prepared to offer him a €10million-a-year contract to lure him to the club, despite Juventus being determined to retain his services.

It is reported that the Old Lady had almost agreed a deal with Dybala to tie him down to a new deal only a few months ago, with the aforementioned figure being settled on.

However, despite another meeting between club and player being set to take place next month, City, plus other clubs, are linked with his signature.

It is reported that Pep Guardiola has 'demanded' the signing of the Juventus star and City are in the best financial position to lay their hands on him.

Since joining Juventus in 2015, Dybala has netted 111 goals in 277 games.
