Manchester City could welcome back Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne for the Carabao Cup final with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Pep Guardiola has confirmed that both players have now returned to training ahead of the game, and could feature at Wembley this weekend.
However, the Spaniard admitted that City will make a late call over Aguero, who has not featured since a 2-0 win against Leicester City earlier this month.
But De Bruyne, who went off injured after landing awkwardly on his ankle in the 1-0 defeat against Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final last weekend, has made a quick recovery and could be in line to play against Spurs.
"Both [ready], they trained today," he said, speaking at his pre-match press conference.
"Today was the first training session in two weeks. Tomorrow we have the last training session and we decide."
City will be chasing a fourth Carabao Cup success in a row, with Guardiola's men now down to three competitions to fight for this season, having been knocked out of the FA Cup last weekend by Chelsea, ending hopes of a remarkable quadruple.
But Guardiola has warned his players that it will be a tough game as he delivered his verdict on Tottenham.
"Definitely, it's a final. The Champions League is close, the Premier League is still not over. These are the two most important competitions, always we have an eye on," he said.
"I know Tottenham is looking at qualification for the Champions League and it will be first title in many many years and their commitment will be incredible tough.
"The quality of their players is extraordinary, the last five, ten years always Tottenham are a team we take a look. Of course it's a final. Once we are there, every player wants to win and we're not an exception.
