Manchester City have been handed a huge fitness boost ahead of the game against Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow (Saturday), Pep Guardiola has confirmed.
The Premier League champions could welcome Fernandinho back into the side, with Guardiola confirming that "everyone is fit" for the clash with Spurs at the Etihad Stadium.
Fernandinho has not featured for City since returning late to pre-season, having featured for Brazil at the Copa America this summer.
But the Brazilian midfielder has now got a full week of training under his belt, and Guardiola confirmed that he is now in contention to feature against Spurs, giving him a selection headache following the performance of summer signing Rodri in the 5-0 win against West Ham United last weekend.
"Everybody deserves to play because the quality of the team is really good," said Guardiola, speaking at his pre-match press conference.

"We can talk about the line-ups but we have to think about what is best for the team and how to beat our opponent."
Last weekend, Guardiola left Bernardo Silva and summer signing Joao Cancelo as unused substitutes, while Sergio Aguero, Ilkay Gundogan started the game on the bench against West Ham.
And Guardiola admits there will be some tough decisions for him ahead of the game against Spurs.
"That is going to happen every weekend," he said.
"The quality of the team is good so that is going to happen every weekend.
