Video footage has captured the moment someone threw rubbish from a van onto a car park before driving off.
The incident happened at around 6.30pm on Tuesday, May 14, in the car park for Mynydd Newydd playing fields, Penlan.
One local resident, who wished to remain anonymous, saw what happened and said they "couldn't believe" it.
The resident said: "I went to my back room to put some clothes away and because I have a beautiful view, I was looking out the window and then I saw that going on. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing, it concerned me because there is a children's park right by there.
"I see this so many times up here in Penlan. There was absolutely no need for this at all.
"It makes no sense to me. They could have easily swept it out into bags."
Swansea Council has been approached for comment on the flytipping incident and whether it has taken any action.
