Snowdonia mountain rescuers are pleading with people to follow the coronavirus lockdown rules and not travel to Welsh beauty spots.
Wales is currently in lockdown in an effort to bring coronavirus cases down, with rules relaxed on Christmas Day only.
Under current regulations any exercise taken must start and finish at a person's home, with driving to a location only allowed under certain circumstances - reports North Wales Live.
However cars were seen parked at Pen-y-Pass and Ogwen Valley in Snowdonia, today, as day-trippers rushed to the see snow covered mountains.
But the scenes prompted Aberglaslyn Mountain Rescue Organisation (AMRO) to tweet the Welsh Government rules.
The rules state: "Your exercise should start and finish from your home and generally, this should not involve people driving to a location away from home.
"However, we recognise that some people, such as those with specific health or mobility issues, may need to travel from their home in order to exercise.
"For example, wheelchair users may not be able to start exercise immediately outside their homes for practical access reasons.

"Driving to a suitable flat location, such as a park, would be permitted in this instance. Where people need to drive to access exercise, the journey should be to the nearest convenient accessible location.
"No long journeys should be undertaken unless absolutely necessary."
