People told to call police immediately if they see wanted man

Police are looking for a man who was previously jailed for drugs offences.

Mark Evans is wanted by Merseyside police for breaking the conditions of his release from prison.

The 34-year-old, from Northwood, Kirkby, served time behind bars for drugs offences, however, he is now being recalled to jail.

Evans is described as being 5ft 6in tall, medium build, with blue eyes and dark brown hair.

He has links to Knowsley and St Helens areas.

A Merseyside police spokesperson said: "Please share and help us find Mark Evans from Knowsley who is wanted on recall to prison for breach of his licence conditions.

"Evans, 34-years-old, from Northwood in Kirkby has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for drug offences.

"He is described as 5ft 6in tall, medium build, blue eyes and dark brown hair. He has links to Kirby and St Helens areas.

"If you see Evans or hold any information, contact us via @MerPolCC on Twitter, ‘Merseyside Police Contact Centre’ on Facebook, or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 with reference 21000868145."
