A woman has shared before and after pictures showing how her scar has been transformed - and claiming a £1 cream from Poundland did the trick.
Suzanne shared her story in Facebook in a group called the Poundland Appreciation Society , and prompted lots of others to say they will now try it for themselves.
Suzanne underwent knee surgery which left a deep scar on her leg - and she says the cream helped it to heal quickly and neatly in six to seven weeks, reports The Mirror .
Suzanne used a cream called Beautifully Scrumptious Aloe Vera Body Butter, which cost £1.
She wrote: "Seven weeks of using this brilliant stuff on my replacement knee surgery!! Can't recommend it enough!!!"
Her post garnered a lot of attention, with many fellow Facebook users saying they would give the stuff a go.
One person commented: "Wow that is amazing. I split my knee open so will have to see if I can get some, thanks for posting."
Another said: "That's an impressive scar and some impressive healing! Hope you're doing well! And thanks for the recommendation, I'll tell my brother to use it on his surgery scar."
A third added: "Oh might use that on my kidney transplant scar and my c section scar!"
Others claimed Suzanne's scar had simply healed itself seven weeks after the surgery.
