People in the US: have you had any issues with canceling a subscription?

A federal rule designed to make canceling subscriptions as easy as signing up for them has been struck down by a US federal appeals court just days before it was scheduled to take effect.

With this in mind, we want to hear from people about any difficulties they may have experienced when trying to cancel subscriptions such as from phone companies or gyms. What type of subscription was it and when did it happen?
