The occupants of a 'stolen car' fled the scene of a head-on crash in Wigan.
The smash happened on Wigan Road in Atherton just before 5.30am this morning (Friday).
Police said a VW Passat and Nissan crashed in a head-on collision.

The Passat was believed to have been stolen, a spokesperson for the force added, and the people inside the car fled the scene.
The Nissan driver suffered minor injuries.
No arrests have been made and enquiries into the crash are ongoing.
Wigan Road was closed off both ways between Lovers Lane and Atherleigh Way this morning as emergency services dealt with the crash.
It was reopened again at around 8am.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "Police were called just before 5:30am this morning to reports of a collision between two cars on Wigan Road in Atherton.
"Officers attended, and found a Passat and a Nissan had been involved in a head on collision.
"The Passat is believed to have been stolen, and the occupants of the car had left the scene.
"The driver of the Nissan suffered minor injuries.
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
