People in parts of Edinburgh have been left with no running water supply this morning.
Scottish Water say they are currently investigating an issue in the EH3 area of the capital – with Warriston, Bonnington, Fountainbridge and parts of the city centre affected.
A number of residents and businesses have been left with either low pressure or no supply at all.
Scottish Water say: "We're en-route to the EH3 area of Edinburgh to investigate an issue which has led to some customers experiencing loss of water supply/low pressure.
"We appreciate how difficult it is to be without running water and we're sorry for any inconvenience this is causing."
A spokesperson added: “After receiving a small number of calls from customers about low pressures this morning, a team investigated the problem and found an issue with a valve on the network.
"The team have restored pressure to the area and are on site working to fix the valve.”
