People living in one part of Merseyside are being warned over postal delays - as residents complain of going more than a week without any mail.
One woman, who lives in Thornton, said she didn't get any mail for more than a fortnight.
In a Facebook post, she said: "Is anybody having problems with their post? I didn’t get any mail for more than two weeks.

"Then something I had been waiting for turned up after 11 days! I am waiting on three parcels that were sent on Monday by 48 hour delivery, still no sign. Has anybody else had similar?"
Responding to her post, another woman said: "I only get my mail every so many weeks."
Another said: "My post has been delayed, then it all arrived on the same day!"
A third said: "I get maybe two deliveries a week if I'm lucky. Overseas packages [are now[ taking 2-4 weeks, when it used to be five to seven days."
Royal Mail confirmed there are some delays due to staff being off sick.
A spokesperson told the ECHO : "In some areas in Crosby, we are experiencing some disruption to service due to COVID related and other sickness absence.
"We aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week.
"If resourcing issues, associated self-isolation and safety measures prevent this, we’ll deliver at least every other day.
"We apologise to customers for any inconvenience they may experience as we work hard to resolve the situation."
