People confused by 'cling film' trousers being sold by Pretty Little Thing

Major online retailer Pretty Little Thing has launched a new range of clothing that doesn’t leave much to the imagination.

The clothing is part of the new festival range which promises to ‘make all of your festival dreams come true.’

However some surprised shoppers have been left confused by the clothing which is completely see-through.

The ‘cling film’ garments come in a range of different colours including green and pink but they are transparent.

Shoppers can get their hands on transparent trousers, a jacket, bralet and skirt, with the items priced between £20 and £35.

One confused Twitter user shared a screenshot to the website and saying: "I.dont.understand."

Another  added: "For those sexy moments you want to get thrush at a festival."

While a third said: "Along with the chafing you’re just not gonna be enjoying life with these on."

One Facebook, someone wrote: "festival times here better get yo plastic outfit so you can be all sweaty"

Clearly concerned with basic bodily functions, one Twitter used asked: "Don’t they steam up when you, ahem, ‘break wind’?"
