Pentagon identifies 2 U.S. soldiers killed in Afghanistan

The Pentagon on Saturday released the names of 2 U.S. service members killed in northern Afghanistan this week.

Details: Spc. Joseph P. Collette, 29, from Lancaster, Ohio, was with a bomb disposal unit, and 33-year-old Sgt. 1st Class Will D. Lindsay, of Cortez, Colorado, was a Green Beret. They died Friday during a joint operation with Afghan forces, according to NATO. The number of service personnel to have died in Afghanistan this year is now 4.
