A pensioner is to stand trial charged with killing a woman and hitting five others in a road accident.
Janette Henry, 67, is accused of ploughing into the group in Manse Road, Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire on Boxing Day 2019.
Prosecutors claim she failed to negotiate a bend in her car and drove across the opposite lane.
Henry is said to have hit a wall and then not brought her vehicle to a halt.
The charge states she hit the six people including 60-year-old Eleanor Ballantyne.
They were described as "pedestrians walking on the pavement" at the time.
Henry is further claimed to have smacked into a parked car.
The indictment states Eleanor was left so severely hurt that she passed away at Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on January 2, 2020.
The remaining five people are said to have been injured as a result.
A hearing today called at the High Court in Glasgow.
Her lawyer Thomas Ross pled not guilty on Henry's behalf to the charge of causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving.
The QC said: "I am happy for a trial to be appointed."
Lord Arthurson fixed a trial due to begin this November. The case could last five days.
Henry, also of Bearsden, remains on bail meantime.
